Saudi actor Mohammed Al-Qass said that the idea and script for a drama project he had previously worked on and discussed in detail with a colleague were presented to a production company and attributed to someone else. He said that not having sufficient documents or material evidence prevented him from proving his rights through legal channels.
Al-Qass said in a post on his official accounts that he was surprised to discover the project being used after it had reached the production stage, ahead of the release of promotional material for the series and the announcement that it would soon premiere on a digital platform.
