Radio Damascus, one of the oldest broadcasting stations in the Arab world, is preparing to enter a new era. According to official sources within the Ministry of Information, the relaunch will be accompanied by new state-of-the-art transmission equipment and a renewal of program schedules, aiming to attract both the local public and diaspora listeners.
This project is part of a national plan to modernize public media, seeking to adapt to digital networks while preserving the editorial authenticity that made the station's historic reputation.
